Dayton is not the place to be inspired artistically, or inspired in any form really (save acts of deviance).  Nonetheless I strive to buckle down and get through writing the second series.  One more segment after this one and we wind down the first series.  Keep reading and catch up on the 'Silhouette' tab.

Writers block may be the biggest of bitches.  In theory one simply requires the initiative  to buckle down and work through it.  Easier said than done or perhaps an over simplification of the writing process.  You tell me.  The latest of Silhouette, winding down the last few segments of the first series.  Lets hear what you thing, yeah?

With Friends Like These

I had a lot of fun writing this one.  Crafting conversational dialogue is similar to choreographing combat, at least in structure.  It's moving, often interrupted and nonlinear, action to illicit an idea or emotion displayed in a visual scene.  I find it a great way to build an intimate relationship between the characters and the reader if done properly.  Read, Respond, Share.  Love to hear your thoughts.
